The Fijian Government, in partnership with the International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group, is developing an affordable housing project in the Central and Western divisions of the Republic of Fiji to create a more vibrant affordable housing market in Fiji and facilitating access to affordable housing finance to low and middle-income households in Fiji.

This project will involve the Fiji government contracting with private sector partners to develop, finance and maintain housing infrastructure for a specified duration.
