I have built Power Stations and Substations in Fiji, Tonga, Kiribati, Samoa and Solomon Islands. Due to term and value of projects required to establish legal entities in Tonga, Kiribati, Samoa and Solomon Islands; 80% of these projects are funded by international funders such as ADB, WB, JICA and MFAT. 20% of these are self-funded by the in-country electric utility. 

I have extensive working knowledge of the aforementioned international funders and operations in the Pacific Region.
